About Me
Hello everyone, my name is Neeraj, and I am currently completing my degree in Psychology at the University of Victoria. Over the course of my studies, I have been especially interested in how language, culture, and environment influence human behavior and mental processes. Psychology, for me, has been both an academic and a personal journey—one that has helped me understand resilience, motivation, and the science of habit formation.
I am excited to be taking EDCI 339: Distributed and Open Learning this term. As learning increasingly shifts into digital spaces, I am interested in how technology, pedagogy, and access intersect to shape education. I look forward to exploring how open learning environments can support diverse learners, as well as how issues such as privacy, accessibility, and inclusivity play out in online education.
Through this course, I hope to deepen my understanding of online and open education, while also developing practical skills in using digital tools, blogging, and collaborative learning. I see this blog as a way to document my reflections and connect theory to practice as I work through the course.
I look forward to learning with all of you this term.
